Holder Concentration Filters

Analyze token ownership distribution to identify concentration risks and potential manipulation.

Overview

Holder concentration filters help you identify tokens where ownership is dangerously concentrated. High concentration in top wallets often indicates potential for price manipulation or rug pulls.

These filters are part of the Holders category.

Analysis Tips

Identifying Real vs. Fake Distribution

  1. Check for wash trading: Multiple top holders with nearly identical percentages may indicate sybil distribution
  2. Verify liquidity pool addresses: LP addresses holding large percentages are normal
  3. Look for burn addresses: Dead wallets don’t count as real concentration
  4. Monitor changes over time: Rapid concentration increases are red flags

Combining with Other Filters

For comprehensive whale protection, combine holder concentration with:

  • Security filters: Check mint authority, tax rates
  • Trader Categories: Monitor insider and bundler activity
  • Liquidity filters: Ensure sufficient liquidity depth
